Reservation Policy

Reservation requests submitted through this website are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us. Please note:

• Reservations are held for 15 minutes past the booked time. We cannot guarantee your table will be held beyond this point.
• For large parties (8 or more), a deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• Dietary requirements and special requests noted at the time of booking will be accommodated where possible, but cannot always be guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to refuse a reservation at our discretion.

Cancellation Terms

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Standard reservations: Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or amend your booking. We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for tables of up to 7 guests.
• Large party bookings (8+): We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Deposits may be forfeited for cancellations made within this period.
• Private dining and events: Cancellation terms for private hire and events are set out in your individual booking agreement and may differ from the above.
• No-shows: Repeated no-shows without notice may result in future reservations being declined.
